Eosinophilic Esophagitis
Eosinophilic Esophagitis (E-oh-sin-oh-FIL-ic E-sof-uh-JI-tis) is a tongue-twisting condition that created chronic allergic inflammation in the esophagitis. Because its name is so long, sometimes we called it "EE" or "EoE". Symptoms can include trouble swallowing, getting food stuck in your esophagus or food refusal in young children.
